Released in 2018, 'Chanakya' is an Indian Telugu-language spy action thriller directed by Thiru, making his debut in Telugu cinema. Produced by Rama Brahmam Sunkara under the AK Entertainments banner, the film stars Gopichand, Zareen Khan, and Mehreen Pirzada in prominent roles. This project also marks the acting debut of Zareen Khan in Telugu films. The supporting cast includes notable names such as Nassar, Rajesh Khattar, Upen Patel, Sunil, Jayaprakash, Raja Chembolu, and Adarsh Balakrishna. 'Chanakya' is the second collaboration between Gopichand and Mehreen following their earlier film, 'Pantham.'
