NOTA, a political thriller released in 2018, marks the Tamil debut of Vijay Deverakonda. Directed by Anand Shankar, the film also features Mehreen Pirzada in a leading role, alongside a strong supporting cast that includes Sathyaraj, Nassar, Sanchana Natarajan, Karunakaran, Priyadarshi Pulikonda, Yashika Aannand, M. S. Bhaskar, and Rajendran. Produced by K. E. Gnanavel Raja under Studio Green, the film is based on the novel 'Vettattam' by Shan Karuppusamy, who also contributed to the screenplay.
